These homeowners are repeat customers of Rock Hard Concrete Coatings. Michael and his team previously did epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings on their garage floor and upper-level patio. The homeowners loved the look of the floors and how easy they are to maintain, so they decided to do their lower-level patio as well.
Being outside, the floor needed to be durable and hold up to all weather conditions. Michael chose Versatile’s 4195 Direct-to-Concrete Pigmented Epoxy Floor Coating because of its advanced wicking technology that provides three times more adhesion than other epoxy or polyaspartic floor coatings, eliminating any chipping or peeling. Then he used a 1/4-inch Blended Flake in Touch of Blue to get the beautiful blue color that matches the homeowner’s pool. To complete the floor, Versatile’s 5097 Ultra-High Solids Polyaspartic Clear Floor Coating was used as a topcoat to provide a glossy, durable finish that is low-maintenance, UV resistant, and will last a lifetime.
