We are looking to add a Technical Support Partner to our growing team.

Primary duties include:

  • Participate in the technical support for new and ongoing business
  • Act as a customer’s technical representative from Company
  • Coordinate technical requirements to support sales efforts
  • Provide advanced technical advice, trouble shooting and installation procedure support that has been escalated from Sales or Customer Service Departments
  • Participate in technical presentations and trainings to potential Franchise candidates as well as retail customers
  • Participate in the coordinating and conducting of training programs for internal partners
  • Represent all of company’s product lines and experience to new or present customers via phone, email, in-person and tradeshows
