We are looking to add a Technical Support Partner to our growing team.
Primary duties include:
- Participate in the technical support for new and ongoing business
- Act as a customer’s technical representative from Company
- Coordinate technical requirements to support sales efforts
- Provide advanced technical advice, trouble shooting and installation procedure support that has been escalated from Sales or Customer Service Departments
- Participate in technical presentations and trainings to potential Franchise candidates as well as retail customers
- Participate in the coordinating and conducting of training programs for internal partners
- Represent all of company’s product lines and experience to new or present customers via phone, email, in-person and tradeshows
